Yes, and we run into this all of the time. Please purchase the diagnostic service and send your device in. A technician will assess the damage and contact you with a quote before beginning any work on your device!

Do I have to checkout online to mail in a device for repair?
In order to properly service you, we request that you checkout online for all mail in repairs.
Do you offer any type of warranty on your repairs?
Yes, all repairs carry a 90 day PARTS and LABOR warranty which means if you have any issues related to the repair within 1 year we will take care of it free of charge! For mail in repairs, the customer is responsible for shipping to our service center. This warranties possible defects in the replacement parts we use in your device as well as labor. This warranty is void if your device has any signs of physical or water damage including heavy scratching.
How long will it take to repair my device?
Once we receive your device, it is repaired and mailed back the following business day.
Can I ship in just my screen?
Yes, you may ship the screen only. Please remove any plates, screws, cameras, and the home button prior to shipping.
