Where do I send mail in repairs to?

Please ship your device, via USPS, to our mail-in service location at:

Please include a copy of your invoice, as well as our required mail-in form with the device so that we can quickly locate your order and begin the repair when it arrives at our repair facility. Please make sure your phone is charged to at least 50% battery life if possible to ensure a speedy turnaround. Once the device has been repaired, we will return it to the shipping address that was specified during checkout.

Do you need my SIM Card?

Nope. We have our own SIM cards to test the phone with, no need to send yours, but you can certainly leave it in the phone if you feel more comfortable doing so.

Do you need my password or pass code?

Yes we do. If there is a pass code on the device it hinders our ability to test all the functions of the device. Please provide your pass code with the device when you send it in for repair. If you do not wish to provide your pass code, certain device functions including but not limited to; the camera, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth cannot be tested and cannot be guaranteed to be properly repaired.

Do you offer any type of warranty on your repairs?

Yes, all repairs carry a 90 day parts and labor warranty which means if you have any issues related to the repair within 90 days we will take care of it free of charge! This warranties possible defects in the replacement parts we use in your device as well as labor. This warranty is void if your device has any signs of physically or water damage including heavy scratching.
